Great food until 9.15pm

It was just a good match for a city escape in Northampton with a good price-value balance. The room was spotless upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. Consider checking for any room preferences ahead of time.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding provided a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered enjoyable biscuits and was complemented by friendly staff. Adequate parking spaces were available, making it easy to access. the noise levels in the common areas could be improved, and waiting times for food could be better managed.

Had a blast on our trip! We caught a show at The Royal & Derngate theatre and explored the buzzing Bridge Street nightlife. The Open Lobby was perfect for relaxing, with games to play and tasty all-day dining. The staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Had a minor bump when housekeeping walked in without knocking early in the morning, which wasn’t ideal considering we were still in bed.

the staff at holiday inn were amazing! they quickly sorted out my twin bed room issue in just an hour. plus, they even brought our luggage to the room while we were out. it's a great stay for families looking for convenience.

i stayed for 2 nights and holiday inn really exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in northampton. the room was comfortable with all the essential amenities, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety including fresh fruits and pastries. the staff were also really helpful, accommodating an extra person with ease.

bathroom was quite small

The Standard Twin Room was really comfy and clean. I loved the walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities were there. It felt modern and well maintained overall. Just a bit of a bummer that the heating was off when we got in, so it took a while to warm up. Otherwise, a solid room for the night!

The bathroom shows wear and has mould in the shower, which can be an eyesore. I noticed the carpet urgently needed a shampoo, making the room feel less inviting. Dinner options lacked variety, particularly with the gluten-free meal offered. it was merely a bun-less version of the standard dish without any thoughtful substitutions. Breakfast options ran low by 8:45 AM, which is quite early to run out of items. The restaurant area remained uncomfortably cold, detracting from the overall dining experience. a request for extra towels was slow to fulfill, as only two were initially provided in the room.

room was really comfy n clean, great view from our window. check in n out was super easy, no hassle. breakfast was good, loved the choices! free parking was a bonus, plenty of spaces too.
